Chef Herner is a Certified Chef with 27 years of experience in his field and a member of the American Culinary Federation. As a well respected figure in the industry he brings to French Creek an enhanced degree of professionalism, dedication, quality and commitment.
Chef Herner began his career with the Kimberton Inn where he excelled under the direction of his brother, then the Executive Chef, eventually becoming a Chef and serving the public for seven years. His most valuable position, a bonus for French Creek, was his service as Executive Chef at the Phoenixville Country Club for 19 years. To hold a position in the ever changing world of the private club is both admirable and commendable. Longevity is a sure sign of a well respected, competent Chef and this provides us, as management, with the confidence that we have hired the right man for the job.
